Dingwell elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS)

The American Association for the Advancement of Science has awarded the distinction of Fellow to Prof. Dr. D. B. Dingwell. 396 Fellows Have been so honoured in 2017 for their contributions to science and technology, scientific leadership and extraordinary achievements across disciplines. The new AAAS Fellows will be recognized at the 2018 AAAS Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas.
The AAAS is the world's largest multidisciplinary scientific society and a leading publisher of cutting-edge research through its Science family of journals, AAAS has individual members in more than 91 countries around the globe. The AAAS seeks to "advance science, engineering, and innovation throughout the world for the benefit of all people." The tradition of fellowships goes back to 1874.
